GCMHP has carried out new PFA visits
in Khan Younis camps of displaced persons as part of the efforts to support people who
are living in continual state of distress due to the ongoing acts of aggression
that they are subjected to.
Khan Younis is one of the areas that have taken the brunt of the war, witnessing vast-scale destruction and desolation.
PFA is an emergency mental health intervention that is used to provide psychological support to the affected, while also identify and refer cases that need deeper interventions.
