Capacity Building

Within its activities to support the capacity building of the mental health and Human rights workers in the community, GCMHP has provided a training for 22 nursery caregivers on the psychological needs of the child and the caregiver.
The training, which was conducted in cooperation with Palestinian Early Childhood Education Programs (PECEP), aimed at providing the female trainees with an understanding about the concepts of psychological trauma and stress and their signs and effects. The training also included other topics such as how to do self-care through a set of techniques and how to manage stress.
