GCMHP's PFA Teams Continue Efforts To Provide Psychological Interventions To The Largest Number Of Displaced People

Gaza Community Mental Health Programme goes ahead with its attempts to provide psychological interventions to the largest number of displaced people through psychological first aid teams.

In the context of the interventions carried out by GCMHP to support people in various areas of displacement, the first psychological aid teams provided their services in the Al-Zawaida Area, Al-Rawad Camp.

This type of intervention aims to help those affected deal with their harsh conditions in a way that reduces its impact on their mental health, their families, and their social lives.

These interventions also aim to identify and refer psychological cases that require specialized intervention to GCMHP’s centre where the specialized team administer an integrated treatment plan that is developed according to the nature of the case.
