Community Mental Health Programme continues its efforts of providing multiple
mental health services.
Psychological First Aid visits to the shelters of the displaced is one of the main interventions during crisis situations. PFA teams visit tents of the displaced and provide them with psychological support. They also make assessments and identify and refer cases that need deeper interventions.
The
visits also aims at raise the awareness of the affected about their
psychological needs and accessibility to the services as well as encouraging them
to signpost other people to the services.
