GCMHP Marks End of Project’s ‘Providing Comprehensive Protection, Mental Health Support Services, for Children’

Gaza Community Mental Health Program marked on Sunday, August 20, 2023,  the end of project’s ‘Providing Comprehensive Protection, Mental Health Support Services, and Psychosocial Support for Children in the Jabalia and Gaza Areas’ in partnership with Al-Awda Society and Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children, by implementing an open day for the project’s specialists in the three organizations.

Through the project, specialized metal health services  have been provided for affected children in the target areas. Besides, it provided psychosocial support and care for caregivers in addition to recreational programmes for the children and their caregivers.

Marking the end of the project, GCMHP arranged, in cooperation with the partner organizations, an open day attended by the project’s MH workers and other staff members who were also honoured for their efforts during the project’s period.
