UNRWA Delegation Visits GCMHP To Discuss Cooperation in Building Capacities of Psychosocial Workers

A delegation from the UNRWA Relief and Social Services Programme - Social Intervention Department – visited on Thursday, Jan 26, 2023, Gaza Community Mental Health Programme in order to discuss ways of joint cooperation in building the capacities of psychosocial workers. 

The delegation, headed by Ms Hana Jibril, Social Supervisor in the North-and-South Nuseirat and Al-Bureij Office, was received by Ms Rawia Hammam, Director of the Training and Scientific Research Department, and Mr Qusai Abu Odeh, Director of the External Relations and Resources Development Department.  

During their meeting, the two parties discussed training needs of social workers and the mechanism through which these needs can be met.
