GIZ Delegation Visits GCMHP To Enhance Partnership

A delegation from the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) visited on Thursday, 8 December, 2022, Gaza Community Mental Health programme withinthe framework of enhancing partnership and cooperation.

The delegation met with Dr Yasser Abu Jamei, Director General, who accompanied them in a tour inside GCMHP HQ to introduce them to the services provided to the population.

A team from psychiatrists and MH professionals, presided by Dr Akram Nafia, head of GCMHP’s community centre, also met with the delegation and explained the mechanisms of interventions and treatment provided for the clients, especially those interventions provided for women and children.

GCMHP provides its services through close cooperation with local and international organizations in order to create a stronger impact in supporting the community.
