Gaza Community Mental Health Programme finalizes  a training entitled “Electronic Archiving” and “Typing”

The Training and Scientific Research Department at GCMHP, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University College of Applied Sciences  (UCAS) conducted two trainings entitled “Electronic Archiving” and ” Typing” . This training was conducted for 47 staff members of the Programme.

The  finalization of the training was in the presence Dr. Yasser Abu Jamei, Director General of GCMHP, Dr. Taysir Diab, Deputy Director for Professional Affairs, Ms. Rawya Hamam, Head of the Training & Research Department, Mr.  Saleh Samir Abu Shaban, Head of the Community Service and Continuing Education Center, Eng. Abdullah Al Haddad, Deputy Head of the Community Service and Continuing Education Center and Ms. Mona Jadallah, Training Coordinator. Moreover, the training was conducted by professionals from UCAS, and the courses took place at the Continuing Education Center of UCAS.

Each training  lasted for 7 days, 20 training-hour’s. The “Electronic Archiving” training  included the following topics: Processing inbox documents, procedures of processing the outbox, classifying and coding documents, classification plan, and electronic documentation.

Furthermore, the “typing” training  included the following topics:  printing methods, formatting, stenography, as well as punctuation marks.

At the end of the training, Dr. Abu Jamei, Mr. Abu Shaban, Mr. Al Hadad and Ms. Jad distributed the certificates among the trainees.
